Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "design"?
Each saved concrete mix design (IS 10262, ACI, BRMCA, EFNARC, or specialized) counts as one design. Editing an existing design does not consume an additional slot.
How does the 7-day trial work?
New accounts get full access to all Pro features for 7 days from registration, or until you create 3 mix designs — whichever comes first. No credit card required. After the trial, your account falls back to the Free plan with 3 lifetime designs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your subscription page. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Are payments secure?
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact amit@concreteinfo.in within 7 days of purchase for a refund request.
What is Enterprise custom branding?
Enterprise subscribers can upload their company logo and set a primary colour. All exported PDF reports (mix designs, test certificates, QC reports) will use your logo and brand colours instead of the ConcreteInfo defaults.
