Subscriber Agreement

Effective Date: April 27, 2026

This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ConcreteInfo ("we," "our," or "us") and the subscriber ("you" or "your"). By subscribing to ConcreteInfo's Concrete Mix Management System ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Free Plan

New accounts receive a 7-day full-access trial with all Pro features. After the trial (or after creating 3 mix designs, whichever comes first), the account reverts to the Free plan with 3 lifetime mix designs. Free tier exports include a platform watermark. No credit card is required for the trial.

1.2 Pro Monthly

₹1,499 + GST per month. Includes 100 mix designs + 100 analysis reports per billing cycle. All calculation methods, no watermarks on exports, and email support priority.

  • Unlimited editing of existing designs
  • All calculation methods (IS 10262, ACI 211, BRMCA, EFNARC, HSC, UHPC, CLSM, Lightweight)
  • Advanced analysis tools (mix prediction, particle packing, pumpability, thermal, crack prediction, SPC/SQC)
  • Weather monitoring per ACI 305R
  • Material testing modules (IS 2386, IS 4031, IS 516, IS 1199)
  • NCR / CAPA workflow
  • PDF, Excel, and Word export
  • Project-based organisation

1.3 Pro Annual

₹16,489 + GST per year (≈ ₹1,374/month). Includes the same 100 designs + 100 analyses per year as Pro Monthly. Save approximately ₹1,499 compared to 12 months of the monthly plan.

1.4 Enterprise

₹2,499 per user per month + GST, with a minimum of 5 users (₹12,495 + GST/month minimum). Includes unlimited designs and analyses, plus:

  • Everything in Pro
  • Custom logo and brand colours on all reports (white-label PDFs)
  • Team & organisation management with role-based access
  • API access for plant integration
  • Shared material library across team
  • Custom IS/ASTM acceptance criteria presets
  • Priority support and onboarding call

1.5 Overage Charges

Pro plan designs beyond your 100-design allocation are charged at ₹20 per design + GST, automatically invoiced via Razorpay. Enterprise plans have no per-design charges.

2. Design Allocation

2.1 Pro Plan Allocation

Pro subscribers receive 100 mix designs + 100 analysis reports per billing cycle (monthly or annual). Editing existing designs does not consume an additional slot. Unused allocations do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

2.2 Free Plan

Free tier users have a lifetime limit of 3 designs (after the 7-day trial ends). Once reached, no additional designs may be created without upgrading to a paid plan.

2.3 Enterprise

Enterprise subscribers have unlimited designs and analyses with no per-cycle allocation limits.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 3 days before renewal. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.

3.2 Payment Method

Payments are processed via Razorpay. All major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets are accepted. Your payment details are never stored on our servers — Razorpay handles all card data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3.3 GST Invoicing

Tax invoices with GSTIN are generated and emailed automatically upon successful payment. Please ensure your GSTIN is correctly registered in your account profile.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 5 business days. If all retries fail, your account will revert to the Free plan. You may retry payment from your account dashboard.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Price changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing amit@concreteinfo.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting amit@concreteinfo.in. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable — the entire subscription period is charged and is non-refundable.

Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful concrete mix design, material testing, and quality control purposes. The following uses are prohibited:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing access credentials to the Platform
  • Using calculated mix proportions as final structural concrete without verification by a certified laboratory
  • Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent test data
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the calculation methodologies
  • Using the Platform to generate designs for illegal construction or non-compliant concrete
  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or ConcreteInfo staff
  • Impersonating a licensed engineer or falsifying credentials

6. Mix Design Disclaimer

All mix designs generated by the Platform are calculated values based on established standards (IS 10262:2019, ACI 211.1, BRMCA, EFNARC, and others). These calculations must be verified through laboratory testing and trial mixes before use in any construction project.

Compliance with IS, ACI, ASTM, or any other standard referenced in calculations is the sole responsibility of the user. ConcreteInfo makes no warranty that any mix design will achieve target strength or durability in actual field conditions. ConcreteInfo shall not be liable for any structural failure, financial loss, or personal injury arising from the use of calculated mix proportions without proper laboratory verification.

Users must retain all design calculations, laboratory test results, and batch records as required by applicable building codes and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

7.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all mix designs, test results, project data, and content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant ConcreteInfo a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for providing the Platform services.

7.2 Platform IP

ConcreteInfo retains all rights to the Platform, including its design, calculation engines, user interface, and methodology. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

7.3 Anonymized Data

ConcreteInfo may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Platform, train models, and publish benchmarks. No personally identifiable information or proprietary mix designs are included in such data.

7.4 Export License

Upon subscription cancellation or account termination, you may export all Your Content within 30 days. After this period, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.

8.2 By ConcreteInfo

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach this Agreement. In case of termination for violation:

  • We will notify you at the registered email address
  • You may export Your Content within 15 days of termination notice
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable — no refunds are provided upon termination for any reason

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your subscription benefits cease immediately. The account reverts to the Free plan upon completion of the subscription period. We are not liable for any loss of data following termination if you fail to export before the deadline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConcreteInfo and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ConcreteInfo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConcreteInfo and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
